Orders

When placing an order with Mara Studio you are confirming that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the goods. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email listing the items you have purchased. You will receive another email once the item has been dispatched.

Delivery

Mara Studio will not be held responsible for any events that may lead to postal delays. You will be kept updated if any delays take place.

If you receive the wrong/missing goods or you do not receive your package in the time stated on the delivery page please email info@marastudio.co.uk.

Orders outside of the UK may be subject to custom charges & sales taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility & are not included in the price. Please refer to the delivery page for more details.

Returns

Mara Studio offers a full 14-day money back guarantee. If you receive faulty goods please email info@marastudio.co.uk. Faulty goods will get a full refund as well as the delivery charges reimbursed. Unsuitable goods will only receive a refund. Due to hygiene reasons earrings can not be refunded. Please refer to the returns page for more details.

Cancellations

You reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched you will need to return the item as stated on the returns page.

Availability

If an item is unavailable you will see ‘out of stock’ written under the description. Items that are out of stock can not be purchased. Currently out of stock items will take up to 14 days to become available. Mara Studio tries to ensure that this does not happen regularly.

Semi-precious stone appearance

Please note that every stone is different…each one will have a slightly different colour & pattern variation. Each piece of jewellery is made as close to what the photos depict on this website as possible. Once you have received your order, if you are not satisfied with the variations from the website to actual item you may get a refund.
